Hello and welcome to my online world. I'm Leanne Coates and I'm the founder and owner of Cavaletti Gallery which is based in Kyneton in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. I design, cut and make a women's garment range working with Japanese fabrics, mostly natural fibres. I'm a maker of many things and I love working with my hands. I work during and after opening hours across 3 industrial sewing machines and a work table, my 3 mt cutting table is in my studio at home and this is where I do my pattern making and cutting. 

 The opportunity to open my store over 10 years ago and create a slow fashion brand has been a wonderful journey. Part store, part studio I have created a destination store experience where I am able to exclusively retail my own small batch seasonal and evergreen collections alongside a handful of other slow fashion brands that I have personally selected from near and far. Choosing brands with a focus on beautiful and unique textiles and a sustainable and ethical approach to manufacture is part of my business mantra.
