Refund policy
As a small owner/operated business it is my intention that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase and your careful consideration when making your selection is appreciated. Please contact me (Leanne) with any questions you may have by phone or email to mitigate this. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase the following terms apply for an effective refund, store credit or exchange.
CAVALETTIgallery has a 14 -day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are at the expense of the customer and should be sent by Australia Post, Standard Satchel with tracking or delivered in person during opening hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, no returns will be offered on sale or discounted items (discretionary or otherwise) or purchases made with gift cards.
No returns will be accepted on a change of mind basis for instore purchases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified you once your return has been received and inspected , to confirm if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
