KYOTO SQUARE TOP
Description
Designed and made in Kyneton by Leanne Coates
GARMENT FEATURES
The Kyoto Square Top is inspired by the interest in remaking old kimono and obi textiles and piecing them together to create simple new wardrobe staples. I have taken on board the suggested assembly proportions in this top using new apparel fabrics from Japan which works out perfectly and makes for a great garment worn on it's own or over another long sleeve or thermal layer. Despite the fact that it is basically square it tips over at the shoulder just enough to give a little arm coverage and the illusion of a cap sleeve, and is wide enough to offer more shape and drape at the hem than you'd expect.
And of course it has a pocket!!
FABRIC
The print of herbs and Flowers drying is a cotton linen blend and the green spot is a really gorgeous linen- both for Japan.
LAUNDRY
Hand wash, light spin and hang to dry. Cool-warm iron on reverse if you must.
SIZING
Jen is size 8-10, 170 cm and is wearing the SMALL-MED in this design
