SOY POURER SHIBORI PATTERN

An eye catching soy pourer with lid featuring a traditional 'Shibori' pattern in a Japanese indigo blue on a warm white background. Shibori is an ancient method of dying cloth. It represents the spotted back of a fawn. Creating this fabric pattern is very labour intensive and gives special value to these items. It is now a popular pattern in Japanese culture for its simplicity, beauty and connection with luxury.
